Start 2026 by giving your body and mind the care they deserve.

AMASIAN’s January Learning Series invites you to Stretch, Breathe, and Restore—a gentle, in-person wellness class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system in a supportive community setting.

This all-levels session includes:
✔️ Gentle stretching to release physical tension
✔️ Guided breathwork to calm stress and anxiety
✔️ Restorative relaxation to fully recharge

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water bottle
Difficulty: Gentle / All Levels

No experience needed—just come as you are.

✨ Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore leg compression sleeves from Degree Wellness and learn about additional recovery, wellness, and self-care options.

Parking at Eagle Heights Community Center indicating visitor's parking areas, "Lot Z," or additional parking areas circled on the map. Please do not park around the curved curb around the Eagle Heights visitors area or in tenant parking areas; your car will get towed.
