We’re so excited to team up with Twisted Grit Yoga for a special donation-based class in support of AMASIAN!

Join us on Sunday, June 8 for an empowering, heart-centered yoga flow led by Krista at Twisted Grit Yoga’s beautiful Sun Prairie studio. This is a space to breathe deeply, move freely, and connect—with yourself, with your community, and with a cause that matters.

🧘‍♀️ Flow (95 Degrees) with Krista is designed for all levels. Whether you want to challenge yourself or take it slow. Together, we’ll explore balance, core work, meditation, and mindfulness, all in a welcoming, warm space (literally, 95 degrees!). Bring your full energy, your gentle heart, your laughter, or your tears. You’re invited to come exactly as you are.
